Joe Serrins Studio is an architecture and interior design firm focused on high-end residential projects in NYC, Miami, and abroad. Current commissions include townhouses, penthouses, and new homes. We are seeking a talented architect to join our team. Applicant requirements: Three years minimum architecture / interior architecture work experience in an architecture or interior design studio.Highly skilled in Sketch-Up, Photoshop, and AutoCAD. Ability to draw a full set of construction documents in Autocad.Experience with residential construction and building code.You are a skilled designer with a sensitivity for modern detailing.You are organized and thorough, with an ability to handle multiple projects at various stages of development.You work well in a small studio environment.You are currently living and working legally in the US.
