StudioCAHS is a design, development and architecture firm located in Manhattan. We offer our clients an all in one package from schematic design, through development and then construction. During the construction we manage all aspects of the job site ensuring that the project is completed on time, on budget and as efficiently as possible. We have a number of projects based in Long Island and NYC and are looking for a candidate who is able to multitask and handle multiple projects at a time. Job Requirements:Plan day to day deliverables for both the architectural team and the construction team.Define standards of Process and deliverables.Collaborate, communicate and maintain courteous relationship even under stress.Supervising construction teamDevelop and maintain construction schedule from inception to completionDegree in Architecture preferredProficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe SuiteJob Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
