Duties: Develop building enclosure design and the technical detailing. Develop building wall type drawings from schematic design phase to design development phase. Make design recommendations based on functionality, physical requirements, regulatory codes, environmental rules, safety issues, and other design and construction related factors. Manage and review shop drawings, submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction administration phase, and resolve conflicts in interpretation and fully coordinate drawings amongst all trades. Strategize overall project vision, project goals, and delivery method at various stages of the project. Apply theoretical as well as practical architecture skills to win competitions as well as execute them to physical completion.
