POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Project Manager/Architect is responsible for implementing, interpreting, organizing, and coordinating the project team to complete architectural projects and team assignments; responsible for content in drawings. Responsibilities include coordination with Project Designers, Principals & Studio Director to ensure that production, organization, & management of construction documents are in concert with design plan & the project team's work. Assists Project Manager in managing budget, schedules, staffing & conformance to contract. Communicates with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants & other disciplines to ensure execution of project details. Interacts with client to provide on-going information.
