Project Architect/Managers at RYA are empowered with responsibility for their projects from conception through owner move-in. Prerequisites for the position include a passion for design and problem solving, a commitment to build well in the real world, exacting standards of self and others, and above all, a growth mindset. Qualified candidates should have, at minimum: 7 years post graduate professional experience, preferably in a small to medium sized firm focused on private residential projects for exacting clients. Professional degree in Architecture from a US accredited school. Licensed to practice architecture, or on-track to licensure. At least 2 years experience as the primary project architect/manager reporting directly to a partner or principal, with the day-to-day responsibility of managing relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, etc. H...
