Tall, thick hedges surrounding the lot offer ample privacy, while also creating a feeling of quiet serenity upon crossing the threshold of the gated entrance. The main residence, built in 1919, features Greek Revival details on the exterior facade—including a wide-columned porch and hip roof, which seamlessly blend with the home’s newly designed interior.

For the revamp, Dunham brought on acclaimed designer Brenda Antin to modernize the space while maintaining its original character. Now finished with a calming, neutral palette, the bright and airy interior boasts sleek fixtures and Swedish wide-plank floors, in addition to walls of custom built-ins and beadboard coved ceilings.
