Create plans, drawings, and layouts for buildings and landscapes. This job includes meeting with clients to discuss a project’s requirements and budget, creating layouts that reflect the brief, and ensuring that the blueprints comply with regulations. Architectural designers should have the creativity to find new ways to design buildings, the technical skill to utilize CAD software, and the communication skills to deal with clients and colleagues alike. Must be able to present portfolio. Bilingual preferred, preferably Spanish.
