Construction Project Manager / Jobsite Lead NEST is a family-owned design/build firm based in Seattle's Rainier Valley. Our small team is focused on an iterative design process that allows authentic, forward thinking, environmentally conscious residential construction. The goal is high concept, high performance buildings, imbued with insightful design solutions. We build between 5-8 projects a year.  We are looking for a talented and self-motivated construction project manager and jobsite lead. An ideal candidate is passionate about translating design into the built environment through a responsible, thoughtful, and efficient process centered on value-driven efficiencies for clients and healthy profitability for the firm.
