Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field• Accounting experience, 5 years• Three or more years of experience as a project accountant, preferably with an architecture, engineering, or construction industry background• Experience with Ajera (Preferred) What You Will Be Doing Create projects in ERP system Update project list Prepare, edit, and submit client invoices and supporting documentation Post and monitor accounts receivable Review project expenditures for accuracy and reasonableness Apply Client retainers Create late fees Communicate with the Client regarding billing documents and payments Investigate project variances and provide variance explanations Perform credit card reconciliations Review, code, and process Vendor and Overhead invoices for payment Print Checks Assisting with strategic planning / forecasting of project financials Compile information for internal and external auditors as required Support operations staff Review owner contracts to understand accounting ...
