It is a key growth pole for Sanya to foster new types of business for industrial transformation, initiate new momentum for economic development, and build a new benchmark for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. In order to implement the policy requirements of "Building a Leading Sports Nation" and the strategic deployment of "Building a Strong Maritime Country", there is a need to provide high-quality public service facilities of international standards, and meet the growing fitness and cultural needs of the population in the area.
