We are a minority run/ woman owned start up firm, with a small close knit staff. The office currently works in a combination of remote, in office and on site configurations and requires flexibility to work in all three work environments. Job Description: Preparing drawings through all phases of architecture design including Schematic, Design Development, Construction, Bidding and Negotiation, Construction Sketches and As Built Drawings. Preparing and over seeing Building Management, Pricing and Construction Drawing Sets as well as Preparation of Landmarks and NYC Dept of Building filing drawings. Drafting and developing drawings for custom built in millwork, furniture and other aspects of interior architecture and design. High proficiency Autocad is required as well as a good eye for creating legible and clear...
