Shanghai Songjiang GUOLE Plaza

Guole Plaza is located in Songjiang New Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai. It is a self-use office building of Shanghai Songjiang Town Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. It consists of high-rise offices, low-rise offices, underground garages and public facilities. During the design process, the high-rise and low-rise office areas consist of two towers. The towers run through the bottom corridor, and the courtyard is set in the middle.

In the symmetrical composition of the center, the architectural space is full of ritual sense. The high-grade gray of cool gray, combined with the contrast of light and dark formed by the building stone under the illumination of light and shadow, makes the building look like a huge artwork, full of modernity and quality.

Stepping into the main entrance, the focus of people's eyes disappears on the ground and the courtyard is visible. In the semi-enclosed tower corridor space, the hollow "breathable" design allows the original rigid structure to permeate a touch of natural vitality and relax the mood of visitors. From the courtyard, functional areas such as reception hall, rest area and restaurant are set on the first floor.

Under the premise of satisfying the basic functional requirements of "elevators, stairs, equipment", each floor uses clever design techniques to not only make the building and people, space and environment complement each other, but also achieve "maximum space".
 
Coming from the outdoors to the second floor, the empty space and vertical interface come into view. From the architectural expression, the design method of fusion of structure and three-dimensional composition strives to harmonize the expression of architecture, structure and landscape.

The office area on the ground floor, with the core concept of "people-oriented", organically combines rigid design with architectural functions; with the creative method of "stability and vitality", the environment and architecture, light and shadow and form are integrated to create a multifunctional comfortable Pleasant and relaxed office atmosphere.

 The high-rise office façade of "Guo Le Plaza" strives to be concise and lively, with rigorous proportions, colors and volumes between each section. The combination of glass curtain wall and stone curtain wall is adopted in the material. The façade adopts a combination of fixed fans and louvers, and the opening fans are hidden behind the louvers, which not only meets the needs of ventilation and lighting and smoke exhaust, but also ensures the integrity of the facade during use.

The low-rise office facade style strives to be friendly and natural. The facade material is sprayed with warm-color imitation stone, and the roof is made of concrete tiles. The decorations and ancillary facilities of the design are all designed with warm colors to form a uniform effect from the color. Between the buildings, lawns and squares form an open landscape space, emphasizing exquisite and pleasant scale relationships, and using material changes to highlight the humane public landscape space.
