The Trust for Governors Island seeking PROJECT MANAGER, DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION in New York, NY, US
Key Responsibilities The Project Manager will oversee a range of capital projects through all stages of planning, design and construction, ensuring that projects proceed in coordination with available funding sources, the Island operation’s needs, and the Island’s short-term and long-term real estate development plans. Specifically, the Project Manager will lead capital needs assessments, manage design teams and outside consultants, oversee permitting for projects, and manage the construction or rehabilitation of a mix of projects including historic building rehabilitation, Island-wide utility upgrades and maritime infrastructure projects such as ferries, seawalls and piers.
