Tichenor & Thorp Architects, Inc., an award winning and widely published architecture, landscape and interior design firm, is seeking a full-charge bookkeeper to help manage our day-to-day operations.  Responsibilities will include maintaining financial records for all aspects of the business, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit cards, budgeting and bank reconciliations, as well as maintaining books and records for the main entity and 3 subsidiaries.  This position involves close communication with the owners and the external accounting firm. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly with staff, owners, vendors and clients.
