Urbahn Architects is seeking a talented and energetic Office BIM Manager to support project teams officewide in the use of advanced digital tools for design, visualization, technical drawing, and construction document production.  Reporting to select Principals and Associates, the Office BIM Manager will provide technical support directly to project team members.   On a company-wide basis, the Office BIM Manager will provide feedback on general and project-specific requirements for standards, training, software and hardware.  Specifically, this person will:  refine, develop and enforce standards; collaboratively research, explore and develop opportunities for new design technologies; and assess skill levels and capabilities of staff, providing internal training or organizing outside training as appropriate.
