We are looking for an experienced, creative, and enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional attention to detail to join our Team at our office in San Francisco. This candidate will ideally have experience in the architecture, engineering and/or construction industries. You will manage billing from start to finish, meeting and following up with project managers and principals as needed to complete the process in a timely manner. In addition to handling billing, this position is responsible for AP/AR, maintenance of vendor records and contracts, cash management, preparing an annual operating budget, and coordinating timecards and payroll.
