Workbench is a Concept to Completion, design build studio in Santa Cruz, California. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, intelligent, hard working Architects to join our awesome team. Our projects range from small infill accessory dwelling units to commercial tenant improvements to multi-family residential work and everything in between. We are a great team of Architects, Designers, Builders, and Developers that strive to create beautiful projects for our Clients and ourselves. Workbench is unique in that we own and develop our own projects, as well as projects for others. We are looking for an Architect that has a strong Multi-family background, as these are a bulk of our workload. Large commercial projects are also a plus.
