Our client is an owner/operator with a large commercial portfolio in NYC. They are seeking a designer (contract with potential to be brought on long term) to join the team. This person will person will work directly Project Management and Leasing teams to create test fits and select furniture for potential tenants and to design turnkey spaces. Our client offers 6 WFH days a month, great work/life balance and the potential for this role to extend beyond the initial contract length. This is a great opportunity to gain client-side experience.
