Open Call for Land·Ecological Art on Eulsukdo, Busan (South Korea)

Registration Deadline: Nov 22, 2026; Submission Deadline: Nov 22, 2026 Busan Metropolitan City, Republic of Korea, invites artists and professionals in related fields worldwide to submit proposals for a land and ecological artwork. Situated within a brackish estuary where the river meets the sea, Eulsukdo is an important stopover for migratory birds travelling along the East Asian–Australasian Flyway. The island was once heavily altered by agriculture, landfill and urban development, but it has since been restored as wetlands and migratory bird habitats.
