A prestigious NYC-based ultra-luxury residential architecture & design firm is seeking a talented Junior Designer/ 3D Modeler to grow their team. This designer will work with the Principal of the firm to transform creative ideas into 3D models. The Junior Designer will utilize programs such as Rhino, Sketch-up, Studio Max, and their associated plug-ins, etc. to aid and assist the team in the development of designs via 3D Studies. An ideal candidate for this role will hold 1-3+ years of experience and be skilled in using massing details to see form, function, and proportions as well as have a proven ability to study relationships of spaces in 3D.
