Position Overview: A+I, an award-winning strategy-led architecture and design agency, is looking for a Director of Business Development. As a key member of the A+I leadership team, you will work closely with the Co-Founders and Principals to advance the goals of the business. You will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the firm is sourcing and developing new client relationships that align with the overall firm strategy and will lead to the next generation of innovative and award-winning work. You will create impact by: Leading and managing all key reactive business development activities for the firm, including; Responding to inquiries (RFQ / RFP / Portfolio Requests / Interview Requests), either by using office templates or partnering with Principals on non-standard responses.
