Intermediate Designer/Architect to assist Principal with Project Management and Production for high-end residential project in NYC. We are currently in Schematic Design. Prerequisites: Minimum 5 years experience (preferably with high-end residential). Fluid with Auto-cad. Good attention to detail. Superior memory and organizational skills. Able to work remotely on own computer from home. Able to work between 20-45 hours per week, depending on need. Ability to work within short deadlines. Able to do weekly site visits to Manhattan (during Spring 2022 only). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship at this time.
