Intermediate Designer/Architect to assist Principal with Project Management and Production for high-end residential project in NYC. We are currently in Schematic Design.This is a remote position. Must be able to work from home. Prerequisites: Minimum 3 years experience with high-end residential (more preferred).Fluid with Auto-cad. Good attention to detail. Superior memory and organizational skills. Able to work remotely on own computer from home. Able to work between 20-45 hours per week, depending on need. Ability to work within short deadlines. Able to do weekly site visits to Manhattan (starting June 2022). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship at this time. Must be able to commit at least through September 2022 (preferably beyond).
