Alex Scott Porter Architecture + Design seeking Project Manager (and Assistant) for High-End Residence in NYC (remote position)
Looking to staff a large High-end Apartment Renovation project in New York, NY. We provide both Architectural and Interior Design services. Schematic Design starting ASAP in May 2021. 2 project roles (for either 1 person or 2 people): Role #1: Project Manager (Senior Designer/Architect) – Assisting Principal with project development at all phases. Must have demonstrable experience with all phases of high-end residential projects, including managing consultants and interacting with contractors and clients.Must be fluent in Auto-Cad.Able to work remotely on own computer.Able to work between 20-45 hours per week, depending on need.Ability to work within short deadlines.Experience red-lining and managing a draftsperson.Good experience with CA phase.Able to do weekly site visits to Manhattan (during CA phase only).Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship at this time.Must be able to Commit at least through August 2021 (preferably longer).Compensation: $50-...
