Knowledge of full design process including Schematic, Design Development, Bidding, Coordination with Consultants and Workrooms, Construction Administration and Installation. 5-10 years professional experience demonstrating design excellence BArch or MArch degree Travel to NYC and remote job sites as needed Experience in NYC Construction Admin a plus Hospitality experience a plus
