We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our studio. The candidate will work directly with partners and Project Manager and will be focused on the construction administration of our award-winning DDC project in NYC. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Works closely with the Project Manager to ensure project team is adhering to schedule and maintaining the original design intent. · Communicates regularly with consultants and team members to ensure documents are coordinated; identifies issues that affect design and works closely with the Project Manager to propose solutions. · Interface with client, ASA team members, ASA consultants, and CM staff members · Review shop drawing submissions and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) · Participate in resolution of construction issues · Prepare and issue construction Bulletins using Revit · Review documents for code compliance · Attend on-site project meetings ...
