Job Description: The candidate must have a minimum of an architectural degree and be a creative, positive, well organized person able to assume responsibility and collaborate with others.  The candidate should also be well rounded with strong design skills including the ability to sketch and hand draw. The candidate will work directly with the design team, principals and clients to develop, detail, manage and coordinate construction documents on a project-by-project basis.  The candidate is expected to work with minimal supervision on all aspects of process. The candidate should also have experience managing a team of consultants and be personable with clients.
