ArchitectEure is seeking a Senior Architect with minimum 10 years’ experience to direct firm expansion from solo practitioner to small office of 3-5 staff. Candidate’s experience should include firm management. Candidate’s portfolio should support work on mixed-use conservation community design (single family, multifamily, hotel, office, hospitality, retail, master planning) with an emphasis on carefully detailed, contemporary, green residential new construction. The right candidate will be on track for long-term growth into an equity position / partner role. Responsibilities will include Direct management of several projects Oversight of job captains on smaller projects Implemention of quality control procedures Mentoring and training of junior staff Generating firm and project budgets, schedules, and efficiency reports.
