Architectural drafter/designer needed to prepare detailed drawing packages of architectural plans for residential projects such as Accessory Dwelling Units, Additions, Remodels. Candidates should be familiar with local code regulations for residential projects and must be resourceful for things they are uncertain of. Project coordination and communication is a high priority with team supervisors and lead architectural designer(s). The right candidate must know how to use revit. Autocad and sketchup are a plus.
