The successful candidate will have an M.Arch. or equivalent, superlative design, graphic, presentation and communication skills, and 2-10 years of experience. Leadership qualities, a positive and hard-working attitude, and relentlessly high standards, are all desirable. Licensure in CA or NY is a plus, as is experience with construction administration, client relationships, etc. **Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor visas at this time.** We currently have ongoing work in the New York area and so may consider individuals interested in working remotely from New York, or splitting their time between New York and Los Angeles.
