The Senior Associate/Architect is the team leader in charge of overseeing timely and profitable completions of a project. She/he coordinates with the work team, consults with the clients and is responsible for the overall development and implementation of a specific architectural project. Will participate in design studies and evaluation of design proposals in collaboration with the Principal. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience min, 9+ preferred, be comfortable with construction administration, developing projects in CAD and hold an experienced understanding of building codes, zoning and planning regulations. Candidates should be able to produce fully coordinated set of drawings themselves, but will lead/mentor a team to do so.
