This role presents an opportunity to join a team of designers and architects who design style-forward projects in and around New York City.  Key Responsibilities Manage multiple single-family residential projects (at times 5 or more) for their entire project life cycle Work as the primary architectural project manager and collaborate with interior design team to ensure design consistency Prepare project scheduling and budgets to ensure deliverables are met Meet with clients on a consistent basis Be on-site when needed and consult and coordinate with GC, subs and all other consultants Attend and lead shop visits Contribute to and coordinate design documentation at all phases Be involved in the selection and specification of architectural finishes and fixtures such as hardware, floor finishes and plumbing Skills & Experience: A degree in architecture, interior architecture, or interior design 5-8 years of post-grad experience with 5+ years demonstrated work in managing the architectural aspect...
