Board & Vellum is looking for a talented, self-motivated individual to join our team as our Project Administrator. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, works well with clients and colleagues, and is driven to help grow a creative design firm. The Project Administrator supports the Studio Directors and Project Leads to succeed in project delivery by participating in developing fee proposals, reviewing contracts, and developing project work plans. Key aspects of this position include managing the invoice process and tracking the status of projects in relation to budget and schedule. A qualified candidate will be knowledgeable about standard bookkeeping and accounting practices, and can apply this knowledge to project accounting, as well as coordinating work with the firm’s outside accountants.
