BRIGHT COMMON is an award-winning architecture practice with a focus on single, multi-family, affordable housing, and mixed-use projects. We are seeking a Project Architect with 5-8 years of experience to facilitate the preparation of design and contract documentation in all project phases. Integrating conceptual design and building science principles, we use Passive House to design our work for a post-carbon future. We provide support in licensure and Passive House certification and are searching for self-motivated, collaborative people to join our team.Qualifications:5-8 years’ experience with demonstrated expertise in multi-family residential design, construction documents and specifications.Knowledge of zoning and building codes.Ability to supervise junior staff and manage consulting engineers while managing one’s own workflow.Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
