Brownstone Boys LLC is a fast growing renovation project management service that works with clients from the initial buying phase throughout the renovation process. We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Manage, with a strong passion for design and development. Currently we are a 2 person partnership and this position will be our first part-time position with potential for full-time employment. The best applicant will be great at wearing many hats and comfortable with a changing scope of work.  Qualifications: 2 plus years of work experience in architecture or design  Proficiency in Autocad or equivalent  Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite  Familiarity with D.O.B approvals process in Brooklyn & NYC Experience in all phases of the Design Process – from pre-design through construction documents and construction administration   Experience working on complex projects with multiple variables in a variety of environments.
