This role is focused on providing recruitment services to architecture, construction and development companies, and requires knowledge of the industry in the Los Angeles and/or San Francisco market. You are a people-person who has existing knowledge of the architecture industry and is looking for an architecture-adjacent role. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to and engaging with many people in a single day, from clients to candidates, and has the soft skills to learn about their skills, experiences, needs and motivations in these conversations.
