About the Firm A young, design-focused architecture firm in Northeast Los Angeles with about 25-30 people seeks a Business Development Manager to join their firm. This firm has two studios, led by separate senior designers, with one focused on commercial development (specifically, adaptive-reuse and some new build) and the other on high-end residential in Los Angeles. They also provide interior design and landscape design services and are growing a small development wing within the company. About the Role You will work directly with the owner of the firm to manage existing clients in the commercial real estate development sector, follow up on leads for new work, steer the marketing of the firm, and engage with and support the staff and lead recruitment efforts.
