Residential Design Firm seeking full time draftsman, with 3-5 years experience\. Majority of projects are mid to high end private residential, apartment renovations, but also includes small to midsize commercial and residential development work. Job responsibilities include generating construction documents and compiling interior specifications/schedules The following skills/qualifications are desired but not all required. Degree in Architecture or Interior Design requiredProficient in AutoCAD requiredProficient in Rhino & Vray and/or Sketch Up is a plusExperience in generating construction documentsProficient in Word & ExcelDetail Oriented and well-organizedKnowledge of construction materials and methods
