We are seeking innovative and visually striking concept designs that align with the project’s vision while maximizing functionality for its intended use. Project RequirementsThe proposed building will serve as a hub for commercial, medical, residential, and recreational purposes. Architects are invited to submit their concept designs for this multi-purpose development, with the possibility of leading the project into the execution phase.  Building Structure and Features: Basement Levels (3 levels): Underground parking across three stories. The first basement level will feature a dedicated mosque with its own exclusive entrance from the building. Ground Level: A reception area and lobby for the building, along with commercial space for a restaurant or coffee shop, complete with an outdoor garden. Level 1: Commercial space designated for businesses, including a fitness center. Level 2: Multiple commercial spaces reserved for the medical sector. Level 3: Commercial space allocated for a multimedia company. Level 4: Commercial spaces for a private medical center. - Levels 5-7: Residential apartments (2-3 bedrooms), ensuring modern, comfortable living spaces. Level 8: Two exclusive penthouses featuring spacious balconies with BBQ areas. Certain areas of the penthouses may include double-height ceilings to create an expansive and luxurious feel.  Architectural Vision We seek a design that reflects contemporary architecture—modern, aesthetically pleasing, and practical. The building should seamlessly integrate with its surroundings while providing an iconic visual presence in the city center. The design must also accommodate the functional requirements of each level, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly flow throughout the building. Competition DetailsPrize: The selected architect/firm will receive a monetary prize for their concept design, with the opportunity to further develop a detailed project plan and take a hands-on role in the building's execution.
