COOKFOX designs terraced office tower overlooking the High Line
A recently completed project by COOKFOX brings a 10-story office tower shaped by "biophilic design" principles to a site directly overlooking the High Line in New York City. The 160,000-square-foot building includes 15,000 square feet of outdoor terraces, with each level of the tower featuring some sort of physical outdoor connection.
