Crest is a Real Estate Land Use Entitlements and Expediting firm seeking a new Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of development projects. We work on the permitting and entitlements for major real estate development projects in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, West Hollywood and other surrounding areas. The primary job duties involve: zoning and building code research and interpretations, design coordination with architects, client management and interactions, project scheduling, and analysis of the best uses for development projects. Qualified candidates for this position must have a degree in architecture, urban planning, engineering, or a related field.
