Small office with broad range project types. Design work ranges from high end residential to renovations and additions to historical suburban homes to restaurants and small commercial spaces in NYC and surrounding region. Candidate will find ample opportunity to develop professional skills while being exposed to all aspects of the design and construction process. The ideal candidate has minimum of 2-5 years of post-graduate experience in architectural design and construction document production. Drive to engage with the design process and learn about drawings is a requirement. Attention to detail and self motivation are necessities. Work is currently all remote, with occasional physical meetings in South Orange, NJ, project sites in NYC and meeting spaces in NYC. Vaccination for COVID-19 is a prerequisite of employment.
