DEMO Architects seeking Freelance Architect / Part-Time Architect (remote position)
DEMO Architects is a Brooklyn-based team working on Residential Ground-up and Renovation projects in New York, New Jersey, and Maine. Our work has been featured in print and online publications including Architectural Digest, and ArchDaily. In the works are several ground-up residential projects in Upstate New York, mostly using the principles of Passive House construction, and small interior renovations in New York and Brooklyn. The candidate will be working closely with the firm’s two partners on all phases of these projects, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration. We are working remotely, but hope to commence working together soon in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn office. Preference will be given to candidates who will eventually be able to work in person after everyone is safely vaccinated.
