Roles & Expectations for the position of Architect at Denton Floyd Real Estate Group: -participate in master design concepts with a focus on value engineering for multifamily, senior care, and industrial development projects-supervise, assist, and coordinate architectural documents with third-party design firms for permit submittal as well as construction-assist with site planning, construction sequencing, and coordination of inspections for project managers-review building code, local zoning, and municipality-related entitlements/covenants in multiple states-review and assist with revisions of construction design documents during the construction phase-prepare presentation drawings, renderings, and 3D models as required-review project scope with the entire Development & Construction teams-as it relates to project design, manage the flow of information to the development team and coordinate with project managers, structural, civil, and MEP engineers-acquire architect licenses in mul...
