Doban Architecture is an award-winning Brooklyn-based architecture firm focused on educational and multi-family residential projects. We are seeking a project manager with minimum 5 years of professional experience to join our team. Responsibilities: · Work closely with Principals in development of residential, educational and other project. These include new construction as well as renovation and interiors projects. · Be willing to roll up your sleeves to direct teammates and work on producing drawings for all design phases, schematic design through construction documents · Direct others and assist in preparation of sketches, submittal review, and RFI’s for projects in construction administration. · Develop details and edit specifications. · Coordinate and communicate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
