Donato LLC seeking Director of Studio Operations in Miami, FL, US

Award-winning architectural and interior design studio in Miami is hiring a Director of Miami Operations. Must be a licensed architect, or on a pathway to licensure in Florida. This role is similar to a Studio Director. Responsibilities cover Miami studio operations inclusive of design management, business development, employee management, HR/hiring. Tremendous upside for this growing studio! Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s or equivalent professional degree in Architecture (MArch preferred) • Minimum 10+ years of experience • High end residential experience preferred (mixed-use, multifamily, and/or luxury resorts/hospitality considered) • A passion for design with exceptional presentation and management skills • Proficiency in Revit a must • US experience with knowledge of Miami codes • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills • Able to work well under pressure, leading by example, maintaining a sense of ca...
