DSEA is a growing boutique firm located next to the historic plaza in Old Towne Orange. While we do not specialize in any one project type, we enjoy work on childcare centers, educational buildings, retail & commercial centers, hotels and hospitality, care facilities, senior housing, single family housing and multi-family residences. We also have expertise in historic preservation and rehabilitation of existing structures for alternative uses. There are three main pillars which exemplify our work - Preservation, Adaptation and Innovation. We utilize BIM software through the ArchiCAD platform to best accomplish our goals of high-quality design, thorough communication, and a high level of accuracy in our documents. Our office is a casual family atmosphere with a supportive environment for all employees to aspire to achieve their personal and professional goals.
