We are a boutique  Architecture and Design firm seeking a Junior Architect/Designer for a full-time position working on residential and commercial projects typically encompassing comprehensive design, architecture, interiors, landscape architecture and related services.   You should have exceptional abilities in hand-sketching, furniture/millwork design and detailing, space planning, color specification, materials sourcing & fabric selection. You will prepare and participate in graphic presentations of drawings and design. Familiarity with NYC Zoning and Building Codes is a plus as is NYC construction experience. Ability to communicate well in English verbally and in writing with clients, consultants, and contractors is essential.  As we are a small firm you will be intimately involved in all aspects of a project, start to finish.   Qualifications BA/BS in Architecture. 2 plus years' experience.
