Stevens Architects, LLC, an award winning, small residential architectural firm located in Maryland Heights, Missouri (Westport Plaza) is seeking a talented Project Architect with a passion for excellence.  This Residential Project Architect must work from our office and have experience in additions, renovations, subdivision / builder homes, high-end custom homes, and multi family projects. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in residential construction and remodeling Must have 2015 IRC knowledge and prior experience preparing residential construction drawings for St. Louis County’s plan review with minimal comments Licensed Missouri Architect is a plus but not required Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field preferred Experience in all phases of the design process from project planning and concepts through construction drawings with strong technical knowledge and detailing skills.
