Job Summary Under the general direction of the Construction Manager and Architect, the Construction Superintendent works collaboratively with the design, construction, development, and project team on a variety of custom designed commercial and residential projects in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, personable, and can communicate clearly and effectively with the ability to think from the design side in addition to the construction side. The Construction Superintendent is part of our construction team responsible for the successful completion of construction projects for Raleigh Enterprises and its affiliated entities. They will be tasked with the daily onsite supervision of subcontractors along with some staff and temps with the goal to keep construction jobs on schedule, on budget and per the approved construction documents, and will report to the construction team with daily reports, progress photos, and RFI’s from the subcontractors...
